OLD DELHI aka DELHI-6

Age is just a number when it comes to Old  Delhi. Yes! it is old in terms of tradition, diversification, it's vivid culture but when it comes to heart, it can beat any of the place under New Delhi. No matters WALMART, STARBUCKS etc may flourish and help swelling the INDIAN ECONOMY but tradition is a thing which no INDIAN will ever leave behind. We might have developed or modernized with time but the smell of jalebis, imartis, samosas,
pani puri still water our mouths. From busy streets of Chandni Chowk to book market Nai Sarak, from electronics market Bhagirath Palace to Street of spices Khari Baoli, one can feel the rush inside which can't be felt anywhere else in the capital. The place is not only famous for it'd culture and tradition but also it possess heredity and history of this great nation. Red Fort stands tall and bold speaking and telling loud the history. Other historic or the places that must be visited are Jama Maszid, Gauri Shankar Mandir, Sheeshganj Gurudwara, Town Hall etc. To wonder a few I would like to tell that GALIB belonged to Old Delhi. It is one of the biggest business hub. The food here is just unbeatable and incomparable. Every place has it's own story to tell you.
While purchasing books for the last semester I discovered a new place, a very narrow road, PATLI GALI, book market. It is so narrow that one can't even peep through :P

But old Delhi is a place worth dating, seriously I said dating because after that you'll fall in love with it.

NOTE TO THE READERS OUTSIDE INDIA:
If you ever get a chance to visit Delhi, India. Please do visit OLD DELHI. :)
